When you contact us we will act fast and immediately install the most effective drying system. Our technicians will install state of the art equipment to ensure fast removal of moisture within your premises. We use a combination of the following equipment.

Refrigerant De-humidifiers

A dehumidifier uses refrigeration principles the way an air conditioner does, but it doesn't cool the air--in fact, it warms it slightly. It is a box that contains cold evaporator coils, warm condenser coils, a fan, and a reservoir or drain to catch water.

The fan blows moisture-laden room air over the cold coils, where water condenses and drips into the pan or drain. The drier air then blows across the warm coils and back into the room.

Although a dehumidifier does not cool the air, it makes it more comfortable because it decreases the humidity. But a dehumidifier does not function well under about 65 degrees.

A dehumidifier's fan must have electric power, the evaporator coils must contain a proper charge of refrigerant, and the controls must work properly for the dehumidifier to operate.

Desiccant/Adsorption De-humidifiers

Designed for humidity control across a wide range of dew point temperatures. Desiccant dehumidifiers are particularly suited to situations where there is humidity of less than 35%RH or there are low dew point conditions.

At the heart of all adsorption dehumidifiers is a slowly rotating rotor which is impregnated with silica gel. This rotor is divided into sections by stationary baffle plates and seals which are fixed into the housing of the dehumidifier. When air is passed across the process sector of this rotor, moisture is adsorbed from it by the silica gel. In order to allow the drier to continually adsorb moisture, preheated ambient air is drawn across the rotor’s regeneration sector. As this ‘regeneration air’ passes across the silica gel contained within this section, it removes trapped moisture. This moisture laden ‘wet air’ is then rejected to outside. The regenerated silica gel is then slowly rotated back into the ‘process air’ stream allowing the dehumidification process to operate on a continuous basis.

Trailer Speed Dry Systems

Trailer mounted dehumidification device that generates dry air and heat. Parked outside the affected property the Key benefits of the Speed Drying System include reducing drying out time for typical commercial premises to between 1 and 4 days and are easy to use in a "surge" situation where a number of domestic buildings need drying simultaneously: three or four houses can be dried at the same time.
